📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Train and mentor new servers and staff to maintain high service standards.
• Manage inventory and ensure all food and beverage items are well-stocked and presented.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on sales and service performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food service standards.
• Lead team meetings and provide feedback to improve service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Server or similar role in a fine dining environment.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros, Toast, or similar.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
