๐ Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on marine electronic systems, including radar, sonar, communication equipment, and navigation systems.
- Install and configure new electronic systems on board vessels, ensuring they are fully functional and compliant with international standards.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electronic systems, providing timely solutions to prevent downtime and ensure safe operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of electronic systems to ensure they are operating within specified parameters.
- Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Provide technical support to the crew, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to operate and maintain electronic systems effectively.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in marine electronic technology and apply this knowledge to improve existing systems.
- Participate in safety drills and emergency response procedures to ensure the safety of the vessel and its crew.
๐ Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marine electronic systems maintenance and repair.
- Certification in marine electronic systems, such as Radar, Sonar, or Communication Equipment, is a plus.
- Familiarity with international marine standards and regulations, including SOLAS and IMO.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Valid sea service endorsement (SSE) or equivalent is preferred.
