📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging Android programming training sessions for a diverse range of learners.
• Create and update training materials, including lesson plans, slides, and hands-on exercises.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Android development tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with the Flashcom Indonesia team to integrate training programs with our software development projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Android development.
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and Android SDK.
• Experience with Android development tools such as Android Studio, Gradle, and Git.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring, with a commitment to helping students succeed.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
