📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and manage key opinion leaders (KOLs) and affiliates for our brand.
• Develop and implement influencer and affiliate marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and sales.
• Utilize platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to create and manage marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with brand goals and objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Analyze data to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and affiliates to ensure campaign success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer and affiliate marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing KOL and affiliate programs.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hootsuite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with KOLs and affiliates.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical skills to track and analyze campaign performance.
• Familiarity with the beauty and cosmetics industry is a plus.
