As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing age-appropriate activities, fostering a love for learning, and supporting the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children aged 2-5 years. You will work closely with parents and caregivers to ensure a seamless transition between home and school, and collaborate with our team of educators to create a holistic learning experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons and activities tailored to the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that promotes curiosity, exploration, and creativity.
• Assist in the implementation of our curriculum, including the use of educational software such as SmartKid and My Learning Tree.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers to support their child's development.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to foster a strong partnership, ensuring a seamless transition between home and school.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education, and attend relevant workshops and training sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, development, and progress, using our in-house management system.
• Promote and enforce our school's policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all children.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a TK or toddler classroom setting.
• Certification in early childhood education, such as Early Childhood Educator (ECE) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices, including Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and caregivers.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and staff members.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Passion for and commitment to the principles of early childhood education, and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.
