As a Day Concierge at Predmet Construction Bali, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest services. You will use our proprietary guest management system to handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently. You will also coordinate with our housekeeping team to ensure villas are ready for our guests. Additionally, you will assist with event planning and coordination, ensuring that our guests have a truly exceptional experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs using our proprietary guest management system
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure villas are ready for guests
• Provide exceptional guest services, including recommendations for local attractions and dining
• Assist with event planning and coordination to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the villa complex
• Promote our villa complex on social media and other digital platforms
• Ensure all guest feedback is documented and addressed appropriately

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, concierge, or front office roles
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with guest management systems such as PMS (Property Management System)
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Enthusiastic and passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences
• Knowledge of local attractions, dining, and activities in Bali
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali
