📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify areas for improvement in processes, procedures, and systems
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies
• Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving to eliminate inefficiencies
• Measure and analyze process performance using data-driven insights and Minitab
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and training sessions to promote continuous improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for improvement initiatives
• Monitor and report on the progress and impact of improvement initiatives
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in process optimization

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, or related roles
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using Minitab or similar statistical analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
