📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support as needed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Manage inventory and ensure all supplies are adequate and properly stocked.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
