Singapore Management University (SMU) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Office of Strategy Management to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the strategic direction of our university, working closely with senior leadership to develop and implement innovative strategies that drive academic excellence, student success, and institutional growth. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your preferred location in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance academic programs, student experiences, and institutional performance.,Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the effective execution of strategic initiatives.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in higher education.,Collaborate with senior leadership to align strategic objectives with institutional goals.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.,Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the university.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and external partners.,Represent SMU in various forums and events to promote the university's strategic vision.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic management, higher education administration, or a related field.,Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans in a higher education or corporate setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with educational technology and digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
