📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Identify training needs and design solutions to address them effectively.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees at all levels.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their training needs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Manage and mentor a team of learning and development professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on training and development.,Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
