📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitoring and managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Assisting in the development and implementation of operational procedures and standards,Coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless operations,Maintaining accurate records and reports of daily operations,Identifying and resolving operational issues promptly,Assisting in the planning and execution of operational projects,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Providing support to the operations manager as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
