Overseeing the daily logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation coordination.,Developing and implementing logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.,Managing a team of logistics coordinators and ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform their roles effectively.,Monitoring and analyzing logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborating with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and materials.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Maintaining strong relationships with customers and ensuring their logistics needs are met.,Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure the integrity and security of the supply chain.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and improving efficiency.,Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.,Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using logistics management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws, regulations, and customs is a plus.
