📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a department, ensuring it meets organizational goals and objectives.,Develop and implement departmental strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of departmental staff.,Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.,Represent the company at internal and external events and meetings.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
