📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality Indonesian Nusantara dishes using fresh ingredients.
• Assist head chef and sous chefs in maintaining kitchen operations.
• Clean and organize kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.
• Assist in meal preparation for large groups or events.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Contribute to a positive and efficient kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in an Indonesian restaurant.
• Knowledge of Indonesian cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with kitchen tools and equipment, including ovens, grills, and food processors.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
