As an Import & Export Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing the entire import-export process, including coordinating with suppliers, customs brokers, and logistics providers. You'll use tools like SAP, TradeTracker, and other industry-standard software to streamline operations and ensure compliance with international trade regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage end-to-end import-export processes, from order placement to delivery.
Coordinate with international suppliers, customs brokers, and logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.
Utilize SAP and TradeTracker to streamline logistics and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
Monitor and optimize import-export costs to ensure cost-efficiency.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
Provide regular reports on import-export activities and performance metrics.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in international trade and supply chain management.
Assist in the development and implementation of new import-export strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in import-export coordination or a related role.
Proven experience with SAP and TradeTracker, or similar industry-standard software.
Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and optimize costs.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with a global mindset.
