As a Deputy Recruitment Specialist, you will work closely with the Recruitment Manager to develop and implement recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
  • Source and screen candidates for various positions.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Provide support to the Recruitment Manager in managing the recruitment budget.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
