Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the operations team, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Manage the company's budget and resources, ensuring that they are used effectively and efficiently.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all operations are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.,Identify and address any operational issues or challenges that may arise.,Ensure that all operations are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.
