📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating operational activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the work of operational staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to operational staff.
  • Identify and address operational issues and challenges.
  • Assist in the preparation of operational reports and presentations.
  • Participate in operational meetings and provide input as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
