Mart Shop Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant HR Generalist to join our team in Palembang. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various HR functions and tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and organizing.,Assist in the organization and coordination of HR-related events and activities.,Support the HR team in the development and implementation of training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other documents as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a plus.
