📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and timely submission of financial statements and reports.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and transactions.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and manage the company's budget and financial plans.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Manage and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
