📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Write user guides, manuals, and other technical materials.,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure clarity and correctness.,Stay updated with the latest technical writing trends and best practices.,Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed.,Work with marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials.,Participate in product development meetings to understand and document new features.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
