As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that we meet our sales targets and provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Train and develop store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
  • Monitor store performance and make data-driven decisions to improve sales and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of retail software and systems, such as POS, inventory management, and CRM.
  • Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
