📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, organize, and conduct sports activities and events for children and young adults.,Develop and implement training programs to improve participants' skills and performance.,Ensure the safety and well-being of participants during all activities.,Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and fair play.,Maintain accurate records of participants' progress and attendance.,Collaborate with other instructors and staff to create a well-rounded extracurricular program.,Promote the benefits of sports and physical activity to participants and their families.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in sports instruction and coaching.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a sports instructor or coach.,Certification in sports coaching or a related field is a plus.,Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid teaching or coaching license is a plus.,Enthusiasm for working with children and young adults in a multicultural environment.

🛠️ Keahlian

Sports knowledge and experience in the relevant sport.First Aid and CPR certification.Experience with sports equipment and facilities.Ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Time management and organizational skills.Cultural sensitivity and adaptability.Passion for sports and a desire to inspire others.
