🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
