📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and representation to clients in complex tax disputes.,Conduct thorough investigations and analysis of tax matters to identify potential disputes.,Prepare and present legal arguments and evidence in court or administrative proceedings.,Negotiate and resolve tax disputes with relevant authorities and parties involved.,Stay updated with the latest tax laws, regulations, and case precedents.,Mentor and guide junior tax consultants in dispute resolution matters.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Law, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax dispute resolution.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successfully resolving complex tax disputes.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with tax software and tools is a plus.
