📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage key accounts in the construction and property development sector with a focus on revenue growth and client satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client relationships and increase market share.,Lead a team of account executives and provide guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met and exceeded.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.,Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
