Bengkel Oka Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring that we provide excellent service and a memorable dining experience to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the café, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage the café's budget, including expenses and revenue, and ensure that the café is financially viable.,Train and develop the café's staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety, food handling, and employment laws, are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.,A strong understanding of food and beverage preparation, as well as health and safety regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,A proven track record of success in managing a team and achieving sales targets.,A strong understanding of marketing and promotional strategies, and the ability to develop and implement effective campaigns.,A strong understanding of budgeting and financial management, and the ability to manage a café's finances effectively.,A passion for food and hospitality, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
