Process patient payments accurately and efficiently,Maintain accurate financial records and reports,Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff,Handle cash and electronic transactions securely,Assist in inventory management and ordering,Coordinate with healthcare providers for billing and insurance claims,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies,Train and support junior staff in financial operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in cashier or administrative roles,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using computer and financial software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with healthcare billing and insurance processes,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
