Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are identified.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and external partners.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to identify and attract the best candidates.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
