📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients with a warm and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate department.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor information.,Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.,Ensure the reception area is clean and tidy at all times.,Handle and process mail and packages.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Assist with any additional tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.,Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Familiarity with office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
