📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and mentor a team of sales assistants to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle cashier duties accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.
  • Promote products and services to customers, upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock is always available for customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and submit accurate financial reports, including sales and cashier reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and financial software.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
