📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and construction of civil engineering projects.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.,Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues.,Prepare detailed reports and presentations for project stakeholders.,Mentor and guide junior engineers to ensure the continued growth and development of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Professional certification (e.g., Professional Engineer License) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards.,Excellent project management and communication skills.,Proficiency in using relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera).,Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
