📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, including staffing, inventory, and sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor and report on branch performance metrics.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and training programs.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a branch or similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational and managerial best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and business practices.
