Zone Store Ekspansindo is looking for a skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our team in Magelang. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Supervise and train junior bookkeepers and accounting staff.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports for audits.,Identify and recommend opportunities for cost savings and financial improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
