• Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
• Oversee performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
• Administer and optimize our employee benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular HR audits and implement improvements based on findings.
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Represent the company at industry events and HR conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on people strategy and operations.
• Proven experience using HRIS systems like BambooHR or Greenhouse.
• Deep understanding of Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
