Hotel Rama Shop is looking for a motivated Deputy HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees.,Coordinate HR-related events and activities, such as training sessions and team-building exercises.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including data entry and report preparation.,Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
