📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Manage inventory and restocking as needed
• Follow company policies and procedures for sales and customer service
• Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy in transactions and inventory
• Report any issues or concerns to the store manager promptly

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
• Proficient in using POS systems and cash register software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with Indonesian retail practices and customer expectations
