📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, including sample collection, testing, and result reporting.
• Manage a team of laboratory technicians and support staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards, such as ISO 15189 and local health regulations.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of supplies and equipment.
• Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.
• Provide technical support and training to healthcare professionals and patients.
• Collaborate with local healthcare providers to expand our service offerings and improve patient outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory management, preferably in a healthcare diagnostics setting.
• Certification in laboratory management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, software, and testing procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Proven track record of achieving operational excellence and cost efficiency.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
